Design & construct about 4 kilometers of pipe racks constructed at the Lee Break water up to berth 3A/3B. including concrete bents structures in the form of 2 Bent & 3 bents modules to support liquid petroleum product pipes of 15 pipe within diameter ranging from 20 to 30 inches along the total length. This includes steel structural assembles with foundations on the breakwater which consist of bridges of spans from 15 to 20 meters. loops for allowing the pipes to expand & contract. anchors for restricting pipes movement. towers for allowing pipes crossing & additional bridges.
The works included asphalt roads , street lighting, crash barriers, road signs, electrical works, earthing system.The design works included liquid petroleum products piping system and stress analysis of pipes and anchors by using computer modeling of piping system.
