Construction of all civil works of the project which compose the infrastructure, foundation, concrete works, earth works, pavements, fire protection works, buildings, .etc. , foundations & bunded areas for 8 no. atmospheric tanks of liquid oil products of 180000m3 total capacity. Two no. LPG spherical tanks of 6000m3 total volume capacity. Concrete sleepers composed of insitu & precast concrete units up to 8 ton, about 3000 concrete sleepers, underpasses for pipes composed of 8 box culverts ranging from 15M up to 80M, 1 million cubic meter of earth works for site leveling, main administration offices building, workshop building, Gate houses,  oily water treatment plant consisting of separators, floating tanks, gravel filter and sludge storage ponds, sewage water treatment plant, oily water sewerage network with hydraulically sealed manholes up to 7M depth.   Sanitary sewage network, storm water network consisting of concrete lined ditches and concrete box culverts., industrial buildings consist of pump houses for oil products, pump houses for sea water and fresh water for fire fighting, electrical substations, weigh bridge, steam generating steam building, loading rack and platforms, steam generating plant including boilers, reverse osmosis unit, condensate recovery system and compressed air system.
